XUCKY сontactor consist of a housing with fixed and moving contacts that are fixed in the moving part of the magnetic system. The fixed part of the magnetic system is fixed rigidly in the housing. The spring prevents the contacts from linkage. When a voltage is applied to the control coil, a magnetic field occurs in the contactor's magnetic system, which overcomes the resistance of the spring and closes the magnetic system and contacts. When the voltage is disconnected from the control coil, the spring links the contacts.
XUCKY contactors are produced as 3 and 4 poles in accordance with IEC/ EN 60947-4-1. As stated in IEC/EN 60947-4-1, they can be safely used in several usage categories to switch and control motors, lighting systems, compensation systems and several inductive loads. When Sigma AC power contactors are used together with thermer relays, they protect the circuits against over-load currents.
