The GV2 Motor Circuit Breaker MPCB mainly serves the power supply safety of various drive equipment in industrial sites. The device effectively prevents the risk of damage to the motor due to overload or failure during operation by intelligently monitoring abnormal current changes, providing core protection for the continuous and stable operation of the production line.


1. Applications

Industrial Motors: In industrial production, it covers the motor protection needs of key machinery such as fluid conveying equipment, air circulation equipment, power compression equipment and material transmission systems.   • Integrated Control (in starters): When used in manual motor starter assemblies (like GV2), it often combines protection with start/stop control via push buttons.

  • Thermal-Magnetic Trip Technology: Combines both thermal (bimetal for overload) and magnetic (solenoid for short-circuit) tripping mechanisms in a single device.    
  • Designed for Motor Characteristics: Its tripping curves and settings are optimized for the starting currents and operational profiles of AC motors (typically rated for AC-3 duty.
