1. Advanced Self-Healing Core Technology

The Feature: The capacitor core utilizes high-quality metallized film.

The Benefit: In the event of a minor dielectric breakdown, the energy vaporizes the metallization around the fault instantly, isolating the defect without causing a short circuit. This "self-healing" capability dramatically extends service life and reduces maintenance downtime compared to traditional foil capacitors.

Performance Metric: Extremely low power loss with tanδ ≤ 0.1%, ensuring minimal heat generation and maximum efficiency.

Housing: Encased in a durable cylindrical aluminum case that provides excellent heat dissipation and mechanical protection.

Top: Features an anti-touch terminal block to prevent accidental electric shock during maintenance.

3. Superior Electrical Durability

Over-Voltage Tolerance: Capable of continuous operation at 1.1x rated voltage (up to 8 hours/day) and surviving transient spikes up to 1.3x rated voltage for 1 minute.

4. Installation & Operational Guidelines (Critical for Trainers)

To maximize lifespan and safety, adhere to the following operational protocols:

Re-energization Delay: After power cut-off, the capacitor must wait until the residual voltage drops to 10% of rated voltage (approx. 200 seconds) before re-input.

Recommendation: Use a power controller with a specific "input lock-out time" function. If using a standard controller, external fast-discharge equipment is mandatory.

Switching Compatibility: Flexible design allows usage with contactors (same power factor input) or thyristor (chip) switches without limitation.

Connection: Three-phase units come pre-wired in Delta (△) configuration internally.

Environment: Must be installed in well-ventilated areas. Sealed enclosures without airflow are strictly prohibited to prevent overheating.
